FluentDoc Terms of Service

You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to grant FluentDoc the license described above.
FluentDoc does not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes outside of the Services without your consent.
6. Payment Terms
If you purchase any paid features or services, you agree to:

- Comply with any payment obligations, including subscription fees and taxes.
- Agree to the renewal and cancellation policies provided at the time of purchase.
All payments are final, and refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances at FluentDoc’s discretion.

8. Termination of Services
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fluentdoc.com. Upon termination, all data associated with your account, including user content, will be deleted instantly and irreversibly.
FluentDoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to the Services
FluentDoc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications to the Services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by FluentDoc, including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks, are the property of FluentDoc or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute FluentDoc's intellectual property without express written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluentDoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. This includes loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether based on warranty, contract, or tort (including negligence).
Our liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use FluentDoc in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FluentDoc, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@fluentdoc.com.
